Department of Justice Asks Supreme Court to Remove Fifth Circuit's Stay

The Department of Justice has filed to ask the Supreme Court to take action to remove the stay recently reimposed by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals of the enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act.
